Broad spectrum CBD oil experience: Addressing fibromyalgia and sleep issues
I have fibromyalgia and have been using two Ardoa Organics products to help manage my symptoms: The Indigo66 night-time CBD oil and the newly developed Emerald90 Caps.
The packaging and presentation of both made a good impression on me. I liked the eye catching colour schemes of the boxes and I found that the information supplied about each product was much more detailed than any similar products I have used before.
I immediately felt a great deal of trust in the product because of that information and clear suggestions about dosage whereas other oils in the past have been a bit vague. It felt like a lot of research and thought had gone into creating the product. The Ardoa blog is also a great resource for further info.
The Indigo66 oil has a strong smell and taste but it is perfectly pleasant. I would recommend having it with a few sips of water as the aftertaste lingers, but the consistency of the oil was nice and felt like it was really good quality.
The Emerald90 caplets look appealing and are a good size to swallow with a big swig of water. Overall I was really impressed by the quality of both products.
With the Indigo66 night-time oil, I started out by taking a 2.5 ml dose one hour before I went to bed, which helped me feel relaxed. My muscle fatigue at the end of the day due to fibro is usually quite bad but within a day or two I noticed a marked difference in how my body was feeling before I went to bed. It usually takes me half an hour or so to fall asleep and I have to listen to several relaxation tracks, but I fell asleep almost as soon as my head hit the pillow. I can often wake up in the night with muscle aches and pains but during the two weeks I was taking the oil, this didn’t happen once.
At the same time, I started taking the Emerald90, one capsule in the morning and one in the evening. The change in me was almost instant. Whereas most days I am plagued by chronic tension headache, neck and shoulder pain and general muscle fatigue, this soon stopped being a factor and I actually felt more energised and much less sluggish than usual, probably because my sleep was less disturbed.
Overall I was really impressed with both products but as my Emerald90 ran out before my Indigo66 oil, I noticed that it was the former that helped more with pain issues during the day. The night-time oil is fab for helping with restoring healthy sleep patterns and the general sense of feeling totally exhausted and whacked at the end of each day.
I would definitely recommend both products to other fibromyalgia sufferers and the Indigo66 itself to anyone who is struggling with their sleep.
